CNC Departments & Capabilities
CNC Milling
Computer Numerical Control milling is a machining process which uses computerized controls and rotating multi-point cutting tools to remove excess materials to produce a custom-designed finished product. Our machines can cut a wide range of materials, such as metals, plastics, and more.
CNC Turning
CNC Turning is a machine process that also produces custom designed parts by progressively removing material from the workpiece using multiple rotating cutting tools as well as computerized controls. Because these systems can move freely on three linear axis, CNC Turning is more suitable for prototypes and smaller production runs.
Our CNC Turning machine has a 2.5” bore and 8” chucking capacity and we offer secondary operation capacity.

CNC Prototyping involves producing one piece or a small batch of a product to perfect it before committing to production and manufacturing. Swiss-O-Matic has produced 3-D solid prototypes in stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, plastic and more.
